Snow - Community Play Well Received..
Snow was very well received by all our audiences from across Dartmoor, Newton Abbot and Exeter .
Moretonhampstead created some of the largest audiences MED Theatre has had in recent years so a big thank you to our regular following for your continued support and also a big welcome to any new faces.
Thank you also to our sponsors the Met Office, RK Shipman, Helpful Holidays - not only for their financial support but also for attending and being part of our audience.
A thank you to all the local parish news letters who make a large difference in generating our audiences and also to the local news media and arts journalists who gave our Community Play generous and wide coverage: especially The Mid Devon Advertiser, The Western Morning news, The Dartmoor Magazine and BBC Devon Online.
Congratulations to all those involved devoting so much of their time to rehearsals and producing great performances from our junior players, young people and to our more seasoned performers.Thank you to our volunteers who make the running of each community show so smooth.
Snow was created and conceptualised through the memories of community contributors retelling their experiences and tales of life during the winter of 1962 for which MED Theatre is very grateful.
