Youth Representatives at MED Theatre
The Young People of MED Theatre recently voted in three representatives to ensure their views are being heard and to generate lots of fresh and exciting ideas. The elections were held on Tuesday 17th June, and by postal vote. Five candidates stood for election and made presentations about their ideas for the future of young people at MED Theatre. Summaries of the presentations were sent out to all the young people of MED Theatre aged 8-21.
The presentations were all of a very high standard and had been thought about very deeply by the candidates. The choice was difficult. However, expertly chaired by David Stewart-Watson, the following elections were finally made:
